Diane Lynch

Throughout my life my mission has always been to "serve others" which I have demonstrated through volunteer work and in my career as a real estate agent.

I joined The "Energized" Team at Realty Executives Premiere in 1999 as team assistant and became licensed in 2002 and have since sold and rented properties from Barrington to Plainfield, Chicago to Geneva and everywhere in-between. I have also sold and managed several condos in Chicago.

I started managing rental properties in 2005 and formed DL Property Management in 2013, managing properties in Chicago and the suburbs for landlords near and far. I handle all the details and problems of the properties relieving the burden from the landlords. I do tenant screening and placement, collection of rents, coordination of repairs and maintenance, financial reporting, and I am the liaison between the tenants and the landlords.

I am the recipient of Chicago Magazine's Five Star Professional Award since 2010, an honor based on customer service.

I am honest and work with integrity to help you through the buying or selling process to achieve your housing goals. And I treat all my rental properties as if they were my own.
