M Joy Exiner

1. Joy Exiner, a licensed Realtor^â since 1974, sold property in Maryland and Washington DC eight years before coming to San Antonio. She holds both the CRS and GRI designations and is a member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR), Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and Women’s Council of Realtors. She is also a member of the SABOR Community Services & Public Relations Task Force.

In the early 1980’s, Joy was associated with the Guy Chipman Company.  She was the sales

supervisor for new homes and helped build the department to over $100 million in inventory.  She was later associated with Bradfield Properties.  Over the years she has received many sales and marketing awards.

Joy was a founding partner of the Legacy Group, a Keller Williams Member Broker, and

continues to be a multi-million dollar producer.  Joy earned the distinction of top Listing Individual for 1999 at Legacy Group and is continuing the award-winning trend into 2000.

Joy and her team are now with Realty Executives, a company named for it’s people.  Realty

Executives first office opened in 1965.  As of today, there are almost 600 offices with more than 7,500 sales associates nationwide.  Because Realty Executives attracts professional and
