For 11 years, Alan Hays has
pioneered leadership and expertise in the real estate industry. In a business
where the average agent sells 4-6 properties per year, Alan averages over 120
annually. “That is made through hard work, knowledge of the market, passion for
the business, and ethical business practices,” Alan confides. To date, Alan has
sold over 1000 properties in a mere 8 year period. Comparatively speaking, he is
unmistakably a leader in his field.
Graduating from Adams State College
with a BA in Management, Alan is knowledgeable in the real estate industry. In
fact, he grew up in a family who owned their own agency in Arizona. At a very
young age, Alan felt it was only natural to pursue his desire of helping people
find their perfect home.
Alan’s advanced ability and
application of technology to real estate, furthermore, has garnered him a
certain reputation. He utilizes technology by advertising on over 40 websites
with Homes Illustrated and other leading home magazines. His online portfolio
and partnerships are linked with smart tags and he is relentlessly up-to-date
with social networking sites such as Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn. In such
an uncertain environment, Alan assures extraordinary and constant communication
to provide individual service to his clients. His real
time responses, moreover, set him apart from other agents in the valley.
Alan’s distinguished knowledge
and background are not the only qualities that lead him in the field. His
humble, competitive nature and sincere concern for helping others give him a
peculiar gift to connect. Involved in organizations such as Big Brothers &
Big Sisters, Alan is driven by the “look in [his clients’] eyes” and “smile on
their faces.” He believes a home is a place to spend time with friends and
family.
Alan states, “The real estate
market is challenging as a whole. The rapid decline in property values has
caused a high stress environment. Fifty percent of properties on the market are
short sales, which is a complex process that changes daily. These rapid changes
cause misinformation and fear in the industry.” It is for these reasons that
Alan is clear in his purpose.
“I enjoy meeting people,” Alan
divulges, “I enjoy helping people.” Alan’s cultured nature drives him to be one
of the most competitive agents in the real estate industry. His goal is the
success of his clients – to ensure that all parties involved gain efficient results
beyond satisfaction and to foster relationships on both a professional and
personal level.
