I wanted to share our recent experience with Alan and the sale of our home in West Henderson. Alan was continually responsive and handled things very professionally and we always felt that he was on our side and looking out for our best interest. Alan has a very strong understanding of the Las Vegas market and recommended a list price that generated an offer within 48 hours. He also has a vast network of vendors in the Las Vegas market that were able to help us get the house “ready to sell” including professional photography of our home, repairs of some electrical and construction challenges and house cleaning/staging. The best part is that Alan was our buying agent in 2010 and stayed in touch over the past few years so it made sense to use him again for the sale of our home in February. We were very pleased with the outcome, his persistence and follow up and his ability to handle all the details required of a home sale. Thanks for all the work and patience!

We had-a very nice experience selling our house with Alan Hays. He called immediately, visited the property the same day and sold the property within a week. What more can you ask for? The house was sold for way more than we expected. Alan knows the Real Estate market in Las Vegas and gave us great advice. Everything went perfect, no complaints and almost too good to be true. I would highly recommend Alan Hays and will use him again. He did an outstanding job.
