Cheryl Hillestad

I am excited to be an Executive with Realty Executives Arizona Territory. I began my real estate career in 2002 after 12 years as a Human Resource administrator in Tucson, Arizona. I also had the opportunity to reside and work in the real estate industry in San Carlos, Mexico for three years.

I specialize in new and resale of residential real estate, assisting and advising my clients throughout the process of either selling their precious home or purchasing that dream home. I have owned multiple rental properties and managed them myself. To me, the most important ethical values are integrity, honesty, and being loyal to all of my clients, always.

I have lived outside of the box, so to speak, seeing most of Arizona, the western states, and the Oregon Coast from the back seat of a Harley motorcycle. I have also sailed from Florida down the Caribbean to Trinidad, through the Panama Canal and up to Mexico on our 42 foot Hunter sailboat “Mystique.”

Now I have put down roots here in Prescott Arizona and I am loving each day as much as the next. I look forward to the opportunity of meeting with you to share my diverse knowledge regarding all of your real estate needs.
