Born and raised in Prescott, Crystal has always had a deep connection to Prescott, the town she calls home. After attending college in Tucson, she came back home to Prescott to work in the family construction business. She spent the next eight years surrounded by land developers who were developing subdivisions in the community. Having worked with many of the contractors during this time, Crystal gained knowledge of utility and underground infrastructure in the quad city area.
In 2006 Crystal opened an in-home care agency. Her mission was to help her clients remain in their homes for as long as possible. Over the years she assisted many clients in down-sizing, and preparing their properties for sale, as well as helping them to find the best option for their future home. She continued on to build an assisted living home in Prescott Valley, specializing in memory care and end of life care.
Helping people is not just her passion, it is at the core of who she is. Now as a Senior Care Real Estate Specialist combining her experience with land development, in-home care, and assisted living, Crystal helps her clients in all areas of Real Estate planning. Her knowledge of the quad city area and her background in senior care are an asset to her clients’ changing needs and also for those who are new to the area.
Crystal and her family enjoy spending time together doing many activities our local community has to offer. Specifically, they enjoy music at the Prescott Downtown Plaza, hiking the local trails, and fishing the lakes. Staying active in the community is important to Crystal. She currently sits on the board of her local P.E.O. chapter helping to raise money for education for women in the community.
When asked why she loves her job, Crystal replied, “To help someone when they need it most fills my cup.”
When we come to the end of everything we know, we pray for wings to fly or a soft place to land. I’ll prepare the landing. - Crystal Mitchell
