1 Warburton Avenue • The Village of Hastings Board of Trustees has recently changed the existing zoning boundary on the East side of the Property from R-10 (single family residential) to • M-R 1.5 (multi-family residential, minimum 1, 500 sf. per unit) allowing Townhouse development. Final Site Plan approval for 21 Townhomes has been approved by the Hastings Planning Board on July 20, 2023. • We will design, build and sell twenty-one, attached, three-story townhomes, in four clusters; three on the East side of Warburton Ave. and one on the West side of Warburton Ave. Nineteen homes will be market-rate and two of the homes will be affordable, each affordable home with include accessory apartment on grade.
