1150 Chapman Lake Drive Lake area seasonal business known as Chapman Lake Marina and Hide-Away Campground. Marina has boat gas, fishing bait & tackle, convenience store items and a small kitchen for pizza sales. Older MH behind the marina building previously rented year around for $600/month (included utilities). Campground has 14 MH campsites (units are owned by the tenants), 9 currently used, seasonal April thru Oct, Five leased @ 1900 per season, Five leased @ 2200 per season. The CLCA clubhouse is available for daily renting to its members for birthday parties, wedding receptions, graduation parties, family reunions and other functions. The Chapman Lakes are located one hour from Fort Wayne and South Bend and two hours from Indianapolis and Chicago. Big Chapman is a spring fed all-sport lake (one cleanest lakes in Indiana) and is connected by a 2-way channel to Little Chapman Lake (10 mph speed limit fishing lake).
