(lot sale with construction pkg. to be at 3% total) To earn a 1.5%* commission: Buyer's Broker accompanies Buyer(s) to the model homes (or lot) on a visit after Buyer's first visit to the models, completes the Buyer Broker and is present when buyer signs contract.
