The house is approached by either of two stairs on - if stairs are a problem this would not be a match . The stairs are because the house is on a hillside overlooking the Tappan Zee bridge. There are two shared parking areas on the property below the stairs. The view is a spectacular one. Utilities are separate and for water, gas, garbage, electricity, wifi, cable we charge $500.
