Roof is in excellent condition and very rugged, and so are all flooring and insulations. No soft spots! A/C works great and was maintained recently. Many large closets (2 in master bedroom) and plenty of storage cabinets. Lanai is actually an extra living area and faces the best view in the park. VERY quite location. All furniture stays except the bed in master bedroom and the TV sets.
