But if you study it a little harder you'll see bathroom updates, high-efficiency HVAC... "Close the door, you're lettin' the air out!" ...it's vinyl sided... "How about a glass of tea?" ...and there's a newer water heater and septic system. "I told you kids to keep your little butts in the yard, now go cut me a switch!" Ahh the days.
