Chilkat Lake Sub 1st Additional Block 10, lot 2 Chilkat Lake Recreation cabin located on the Little Lake with propane cook stove and wood stove. Each lot boasts over 150 feet of lake frontage and an artesian spring creek runs on the property. A remote area, no road access to Chilkat Lake. In the winter, the common activities are snowmobile and ice fishing and during summer, jetboat, floatplane and airboat. Needs TLC. Lotta responsibility. Repairs are constant. One week every summer is spent on cabin upkeep. Winter snow is brutal, hence the slope of the roof and metal. We never finished the downstairs linoleum. The upstairs should have four 6x8 pieces of 3/4 plywood. Used for floor maintenance. I was repairing the floor in the woodshed. Kitchen floor needs repairs. Upstairs has four 3/4 inch plywood for flooring.
