HH Highway This is a very nice pasture, tillable and timber farm located just north of Montrose in Henry County, Missouri. The farm is complemented with a high balance of fully fenced pastured acres and a gently rolling hayfield on the east side of the farm. An abundance of water is a big bonus on this farm with 3 livestock ponds and a wet weather creek lacing through the western portion of the farm. One of my favorite features of the farm is the blacktop frontage from Kansas City, Clinton and Montrose to the gate of the farm. This adds significant long term value and will make feeding cattle throughout the winter much easier than fighting gravel and dirt roads as they freeze and thaw. For the outdoorsman, there’s a nice pocket of oak timber in the northwest corner, where we bumped a group of deer and a small flock of turkeys while touring the property.
