Highway 73 SWEET LITTLE SPOT IN TOWNSEND. Located in Sundown Resort, excellent location, right before the entrance to the Smoky Mountain National Park. Included with this lot is a 32 foot 2014 camper. Sleeping area includes 4 bunks on one end, queen size bed on the other end, additional sleeping in the living area and the kitchen table will make a bed. This camper features an outdoor kitchen, patio pavers, and it one of the largest lots in this campground, offers privacy and it is a level lot. Located near the pool, (2 pools), playground, bath house and community center. Utilities, cable and septic is $400 every 3 months. December-March you will need a generator and supply your own water.
