I was born and raised in Flagstaff and grew up in the real estate business, with my father founding Realty Executives of Flagstaff/Northern Arizona in 1977. As one of the oldest Realty Executives franchises in the United States, our firm has deep roots in the community, and I’m proud to continue that legacy.
In 2008, I took over the brokerage, a natural progression that allowed me to continue the tradition of excellence my father established. With over 90 years of combined experience from our team of veteran brokers, I am proud to be part of this dynamic group, supporting both clients and colleagues with expertise and dedication.
I worked in new construction during my younger years, which gave me invaluable hands-on experience and a deep understanding of building practices. Over the past 30 years as a REALTOR®, this foundation has allowed me to become intimately familiar with the area’s subdivisions, giving me unique insights into the strengths and characteristics of each neighborhood. My expertise in construction and knowledge of local subdivisions is a valuable resource for both buyers and sellers. For buyers, I provide expert guidance during the inspection process, helping identify potential issues that could turn a property into a costly investment. For sellers, I offer advice on the necessary repairs and improvements to ensure the home is structurally sound and ready for sale. My ultimate goal is to make the transaction as seamless as possible, helping sellers avoid setbacks and buyers make well-informed decisions on what may be their largest financial commitment.
