My Wife and I were attempting to buy a home in Tennessee while living in Virginia. Brenda not only kept us up to date on the latest listings, in many cases she did video walk-throughs so we could make a decision whether or not to drive down and see a property. Brenda's knowledge of the local area's real estate pluses and problems was amazing! She pointed out issues in some of the homes we viewed that we may have missed. She talked about the ability to have emergency services available in a particular area (we care for a 93 year old). And when we finally (was it REALLY two years?) found a place, she was there every step of the way from the initial offer (a contingency-we had to sell our house in Virginia) through the closing. Our home in Virginia closed on the 29th and the home in Tennessee closed on the 31st! Brenda arranged for Denise to handle the closing in Tennessee while I handled the closing in Virginia. It went perfectly! I have to say we found the BEST realtor for us.
