Palm Coast Sections Map

Palm Coast, Florida is famous for its 11 subdivisions, each nicknamed by a letter of the alphabet which corresponds to the first letter of all the street names located within that subdivision. For example, Pine Lakes is nicknamed the 'W' section and consists of streets such as 'Westhampton Dr' and 'Whippoorwill Dr.'

There is no HOA to live within these Palm Coast subdivisions; however, there are various gated and ungated communities throughout the city and provide their own private community amenities.
