Carla was referred to us through a work colleague to help us find a rental property that met the needs of our family as we transitioned our careers from NYC to Phoenix. We needed a landlord that would take two 60# dogs as part of the lease agreement for a family with an infant and toddler. I flew to AZ in May 2015, and Carla picked me up at my hotel and took me to view list of properties throughout the Valley. She has a deep knowledge of the rental and for-sale market that made our move across the country easier. When it came time to purchase our own home, we didn't have to think twice about who we wanted as our buyer's agent. After dealing with only broker's and seller's agents in NYC, it was a relief to find someone who had our best interest at heart. We must have viewed over 50 homes over a period of more than six months before settling on a house that met our needs (SF, good schools, average commute, low crime, etc.).
