Contacted Clarissa about a condo she had listed in Gulf Shores, She returned our call and emailed us info on it and others in the area in the same price range. We set up an appointment with her a few weeks later and looked at 6 properties, Clarissa was very professional and knowledgeable about the local market, we made an offer on the original property we were interested in and she handled the process completely, emailing and calling us throughout as we live 6 hrs away.
