After selling our home in the Seattle area in two days for $35,000 over the asking price, our bar was set pretty high for finding an agent in Prescott, Arizona, who could help us purchase a new home. But we did find an agent that could clear that bar. This agent, Debra Pauley, began her care of us before we even arrived in Prescott, presented many cases for ownership, and wisely brokered a deal for us when we did find a house. This was truly full service care. While still in Seattle Debra began working on our behalf. We spoke with her and conveyed the type of home we were looking for and our desired neighborhoods. She began sending us listings and provided follow up information for us when we inquired further about several properties. As a first time home buyer I don't think I could possibly rave enough about Debra to come close to doing justice the amount of value she added to our experience. Debra initially contacted us because of an inquiry I made regarding a property for sale in Prescott, AZ. She followed up with suggestions of additional properties over the next few weeks while we were still in Colorado. At our first meeting, she had arranged several showings in different parts of town. She is very knowledgeable about the area, the various builders, and the pros and cons of living in each part of town. We spent three months looking for the perfect home, and Debra showed us dozens of properties, always trying to meet our criteria. We really enjoyed working with Debra. From the personal side, she is pleasant and funny as well as being hardworking, knowledgeable and professional. We recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in this area.

I totally enjoyed working with Debra. She is very personable plus I found that we had many things in common. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in this area. She is very knowledgeable of the area and told me about events that take place here. She showed me many homes when I came to town (as I lived out of town when I was looking). She would send me a plethora of homes via email, and this is how I found my dream house. I was leaving town that day and it was the last one I saw that she sent me. I knew this was exactly what I was looking for. Debra did a great deal of research on this house for me and reported it promptly back to me. She even visited the neighborhood in the evening to see if it was "quiet". She informed me of the park near by where I could take my dog. I felt she went beyond what she needed to at times. Debra assisted us with the purchase of a home in Prescott. Timing was critical because our purchase was part of a Starker exchange to replace a property we were selling in Virginia. Debra is very knowledgeable of zoning and easement issues and provided checklists to keep us on track. She discovered a problem concerning easement right of way that we would not have discovered on our own. Thanks to her perseverance we resolved the issue in time for scheduled closing and completed the transaction. We met Debra Pauley by a random walk-in to the Realty Executives office, lucky for us she was working the “floor” that day. She quickly put together a group of homes that met our needs for a 1031 exchange. After showing us different parts of Prescott and narrowing down what we liked, through 20+ showings, we were in escrow after 3 days. And so our Calizonian experience began.
