Denise Waters, Broker Associate with Realty Executives All Cities in Lakewood, California helps buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals with a warm smile, the ability to listen to her client’s needs and an unparalleled attention to detail.

Denise is an experienced residential real estate broker, property manager, project manager and cost analyst with industry experience spanning more than two decades. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the U.S. Air Force Academy. Denise manages, markets and sells residential single and multi-family property. As a U.S. Air Force financial officer and private sector project manager, Denise brings 15 years of experience managing government projects and personnel to her role with Realty Executives.

Denise educates her clients about the buying and selling process every step of the way. “Service and giving back is what I do,” Denise explains.

In addition to working with buyers and sellers, Denise gives back to the community as a board member for her neighborhood block club. Additionally, she has served as a past board member of condo homeowner’s association (HOA), past new members committee co-chair at her church, and former member of the neighborhood Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) in case of natural disaster.
