Doris began her real estate career in 2006 in Eagle Pass, TX, where she established herself as a top producer agent in Maverick County. In 2008 she joined Realty Executives International Franchise as a licensed broker/owner and soon became a leader amongst our Company's brokers population. She is an active member of our franchise advisory council since 2013, year when she received the "Texas Broker/Owner of The Year Award" by REI.

Salinas Sánchez sales career started in the early 90's after graduating from college in the sales, imports and exports business of industrial, mining and construction equipment for a private International company.  

In 1996 she joined the Eagle Pass Independent School District as a Certified Secondary Mathematics teacher and had the opportunity to teach for 11 years while her 3 young boys were growing up. Besides teaching she had the opportunity to accept the invitation by TEA (Texas Education Agency) to participate in Austin, TX during the early 2000's to evaluate and share her input in the preparation of the mathematics curriculum writing of the Texas Standarized tests administered by this agency.  She left the EPISD and teaching career to dedicate herself 100% to her real estate career. 

Doris' real estate areas of specialization are the sale, lease, managment and listing of Commercial properties, multi-family, unimproved land, residential properties, new construction, farm and ranch, industrial properties; REO properties, foreclosures, HUD, goverment owned, bank owned properties, as well as relocation services. She has recently been chosen by HUD.Gov- The U S Department of Housing and Urban Development as a Listing HUD broker in 6 Counties of South Texas, including Maverick, Uvalde, Carrizo Springs, Dimmit, Zavala and Val Verde.

Today, Doris is an entreprenuer, investor and real estate broker consultant. She manages along with her husband and licensed partner Armando Sánchez the operations of their company Sánchez Salinas and Associates, LLC dba Realty Executives of Eagle Pass and supervises all the Executives/realtors' transactions, negotiations and closings under her brokerage license. 

As a real estate coach and instructor, Doris enjoys sharing her knowledge and effective negotiation skills with their Executives and supports them to exceed their goals, as well as making sure all Executives assists clients and customers to achieve their real estate goals and receive the service they deserve in every single transaction.

Doris' integrity, market knowledge, high quality of professionals network, passion for excellence and desire to servicing the community are her motivation to continue growing their business and to keep providing the best real estate services possible in her territory. 

Salinas-Sánchez was born in Piedras Negras, Coahuila México, grew up in Piedras Negras/Eagle Pass border. Attended Eagle Pass High School, Universidad Autonoma del Noreste, Sul Ross State University and Texas A&M Commerce. Holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Industrial Engineering/Minor in Business; Secondary Mathematics and Secondary Spanish Teaching Certifications; Texas Broker License; RSD-REO Specialist Designation & CDPD- Certified Distressed Property Designation by Harris Real Estate University;  SRS-Seller's Representative Specialist Designation & ABR -Accredited Buyer's Representative Designation by Champion School of Real Estate and Broker Portal Certificate by Matt Martin Real Estate Management University.
