 When I relocated to this area in the late 1980’s I met Ms Tunget at a social gathering.  Since then I have been able observed her Professional life as well as some of her personal affairs.  During the ensuing years she made several career/job changes.  These were all upward moves and enhanced her image in the community, both professionally and socially.  Each of these advances involved her being responsible for handling other people’s money.

When in charge of community activities on a volunteer basis, she was rightfully proud that her operations exceeded previous years.

Around 25 years ago she became a licensed realtor and has done quite well.  Ms Tunget became known as a ‘go to person’.  She knew most tradesmen and shop owners in the area (and they also knew her) so she was able to provide her real estate clients with recommendations for getting properties ready for sale, or improving newly purchased homes.  She is now engaged in my second real estate activity by selling my current domicile.

During all these years she has been scrupulous  in all her financial dealings and is held in good esteem by all people that have had any contact with her.

4/20/2014  Sold a Condo for $125K in Westmont, IL.

My experience working with Janet was fantastic. She was extremely professional with a no-nonsense approach which I very much appreciated. She was also extremely responsive and all-around helpful, with extensive knowledge about the area. She helped me sell my home in Westmont, and if I hadn't moved out of state, I would definitely contract her services again!! Specifically, she was willing to go out of her way. For example, one time, after a particularly heavy snow storm, she personally shoveled out my lockbox so that another realtor could access it (otherwise I'm sure they would have said "forget it" and moved on).She's great, and you will not be sorry if you involve her in the sale or purchase of your home. Janet makes sure that you find the place you want. She doesn't try to push you onto anything that is other than that. She knows her stuff and as extremely helpful. She's also got people to help you with your closing, insurance or repairs as well. It's an all in one shop with her.   Jeff H
