The Fuenning family real estate business began 38 years ago, when Jeff’s mother Peggy Fuenning first started helping people find the perfect home here in Southern Arizona. Throughout her career, Peggy has been number one in her company many times, as well as part of the top one percent in the nation. Peggy’s expertise in the Oro Valley area, luxury home market, and private airparks has made her career legendary in the Tucson Real Estate field. Today, with the muscle of Peggy’s knowledge and the backing of Realty Executives Tucson Elite the family thrives to grow into the next generation of Real Estate and currently working on expansion in other cities. Jeff and Crystel Fuenning are continuing the family business in a way that stays true to the Fuenning legacy of excellence. Jeff and Crystel found each other in the Real Estate world, married, and now share a wonderful son Hunter Fuenning. The two also bring to the family business their own individual expertise, including a unique knowledge of short sales, bank owned properties, Luxury homes, flips, and even specializing in unique talents such as selling Vacant Land and Ranches. Jeff’s new specialty is staying one step a head of Real Estate ensuring his success is compatible with the wants and needs of homeowners and keeping up with new trends. Jeff is now a designated Real Estate consultant helping sellers flip their own home. He is helping homeowners update and remodel their home with no money out of the seller's pocket. This increases the value of the home and the value in the neighborhood maximizing seller return. This family of realtors truly encompasses most of today’s market. Crystel’s talent has been so recognized that she has earned her way throughout the past 4 and a half years as the Assistant Team Leader, Productivity Coach and CEO for Keller Williams Southern Arizona. All the while helping the company grow to over 500 agents and guiding its agents to be successful in their own Real Estate Businesses. At the same time, however, they are always growing and pioneering new territory, staying at the top of their game through the education and technology Realty Executives has to offer. Actively promoting their business, Jeff and Crystel Fuenning are building a growing local reputation that buttresses a remarkably successful real estate network.
