My name is Jim Stroo, and I am a dedicated and successful real estate professional in this local area. My personal goal is to simplify the process of buying and selling real estate, and to satisfy everyone's needs to the best of my ability. My extensive experience and proven track record are factors you can count on when working with me. I use the latest technology to understand the current market, and to make the connections necessary for our success.
I am a lifelong resident of Hattiesburg. I know the area and the people who make up this great community. I graduated with an MBA from The University of Southern Mississippi in 1987. I began my real estate career in 1994 and have continued to build my business on the basis of honesty, integrity, diligence, and dedication. I consistently rank in the top 10% of agents in Hattiesburg for closed transactions. I am able to stay competitive by keeping up with the latest trends in technology and continuing education in the fields of Agency, Ethics, Taxation, Property Investments, and Real Estate Law.
My qualifications stem from being an active member in my community and my industry. Since 2000, I have served on the Hattiesburg Area Association of Realtors Board of Directors. In 1998 and 1999, I was the President of the Multiple Listing Service and have served on the State Member Services Committee. I am a member of Main Street Baptist Church and an intermediate ballroom dancer.
I specialize in Seniors and Military families and am a member of Employee Relocation Council (ERC). I am experienced in VA, FHA, Bond and Conventional financing.
