Julie Ann Swiderski
Realtor, ABR, MRP
Realty Executives Associates
You loathe typical real estate agent bios. Don't worry, I do too. They're like cardboard - stiff, bland, and identical to every other bio out there. Instead of boasting ad nauseam about awards and accomplishments, you're not interested in, I'm taking the novel approach of actually giving you what you want - real answers to questions you're probably wondering right now.
Will you return my calls and emails?
Yes. Without question. I realize this is one of the major frustrations the general public has with dealing with agents. I get dozens of calls and emails daily, and I work hard to reply as quickly as possible.
I've met many Realtors who are jerks. Are you?
Depends on who you ask. If you ask certain agents who have stood between my clients and their real estate goals, they'll probably say "yes". A handful of people think I leave golden footprints in the sand. Those are the two extremes, and most people's opinion falls somewhere in the middle.
Here's what I can tell you:
I'm honest and candid. I take pride in being approachable and friendly. And if you need a quick real estate brain, or a strong dose of honesty, you're in the right place. Loyalty to family, clients, and friends is one of my core values.
Want to really find out if I'm a jerk? Mess with one of those people.
Do you have experience doing exactly what I need?
Until you tell me what you need, there is no way of knowing.
These are "strong suits" of mine:
~ Working with first-time homebuyers
~ Military Buyers & Sellers (Active & Veterans)
~ New Construction
~ Resale Buyers & Sellers
If your goal or situation isn't represented on that list, don't worry. Contact me anyway. If I can't help, I can get you referred to an another agent who can.
What kind of work are you really good at?
On a personal level, I'm pretty good at cooking (I make a mean lasagna!), and I'm not too shabby at baking either (I've been told my infused cupcakes are amazing!) .
On a professional level, here are the skill-sets that I've developed over the years:
~ Listening. Unfortunately, it's a lost art these days.
~ Communication. I will answer my calls/texts/emails
~ Availability. I am not a part-time realtor. I will work around your schedule.
What do clients think of you?
My clients are better suited to answer this for you. Here's what some of them have said.
"she is so awesome and really helped us through all the craziness of getting a house and now we have our forever home. thank you Julie!"
"If you want someone who will stick with you through the ENTIRE process, and get things done in an extremely timely manner, and will stay in constant contact with you and all involved parties....then Julie Swiderski is your go to agent! Thank you so much Julie"
"Julie gave us an amazing experience and was there through every issue that we had. She was very professional and took care of all of our freak out moments. Definitely will recommend her to anybody looking for a home."
"Julie helped us find an amazing home. She was there for all of our questions, great communication! We are veterans so we used a VA home loan which can be pretty picky and Julie is very knowledgeable in VA loans, every home we walked through she looked for and pointed out things that could be problematic for inspections and the VA. Really saving us so much time and SO much money! When our original lender backed out over something arbitrary she found us a lender that worked and even got us in the home earlier than planned! She's really there for the families she works with. She was super understanding of our Autistic toddler. I would recommend her to any family or friends looking to find their home! When we got the keys and came Home there was lovely and thoughtful gifts waiting for us, a beautiful fall tiered tray and a bear for Our Autistic son. When we buy our next home we will using Julie!"
I was licensed in Illinois and served the Northwest suburbs from 2003 until 2008, working with buyers, sellers and builders.
After moving to Colorado in 2015, I served as a Transactions Coordinator for multiple agents in the Colorado Springs area from 2016 until 2019, when I received my Real Estate Affiliate Broker's license. I had the pleasure of working with many first time buyers, military personnel, repeat buyers, sellers, and builders.
And now living in Southeast Tennessee since 2022, I am excited to continue working with buyers and sellers.
I have had the pleasure of working with hundreds of buyers and sellers in Illinois and Colorado, and now in Tennessee. I have worked with first-time homebuyers, repeat buyers, sellers, military, and new-construction. I am an Accredited Buyer's Representative, a Certified Military Relocation Professional and a VA Advocating Real Estate Professional. I have also received certification in Probate, Trust, and Estate sales. I enjoy working with our older generation to understand every step of the transaction process, and feel that they are not taken advantage of.
