Highly recommend Karen. She is caring and compassionate. But most of all very knowledgeable about real estate and what is needed all the way through the process including how to price property. She kept things on task every step of the way, including reminding us of when we needed to do something and made sure we were well informed about any decisions we needed to make, which made the selling our home much less complicated than it can be.

We actually stumbled upon real estate agent Karen Lux and what a happy accident that turned out to be. Karen has so much knowledge and experience with buying and selling homes in this area. Rarely do people surpass your expectations these days but Karen & Carolyn sure did. We very highly recommend Karen! We were moving from out of state to Missouri to be by our family, and decided we wanted to build a new home in the area. We did not need land acreage, so finding a lot that was needed for the home we wanted to have custom built was not an easy task. Karen is a great realtor and I enjoyed working with her. She gets to know her clients and works on their behalf. She is great at negotiating between the buyer and seller and is diligent in verifying all deadlines and requests are met. She knows the process and coaches those who are less experienced in the realtor space by making sure all required documents are completed.
