"Kathy helped my son buy his first house about 7 years ago & we were thoroughly impressed with her work for him and the follow-up she provided for his sale which was a small purchase in the grand scheme of real estate sales. When our daughter & son-in-law were looking for a new house about 3 years ago they enlisted Kathy to help them & again we all were totally impressed with what she did for them. When my wife & I were looking to relocate to the Chicago's western suburbs this year we called on Kathy to help us. As with our previous experiences we were extremely impressed with her work ethic, professionalism, communication skills, & the network of colleagues in related fields that she collaborates with to provide the best experience possible for her client. She responded very quickly to our initial inquiry & set up showings as soon as we could arrive in Naperville. On the day of our final walk through Kathy was displeased with the cleanliness of the property we were buying and arranged to have a cleaning crew that she worked with arrive the morning we moved in & do a deep cleaning of the kitchen & laundry room which were of the most concern. She also sent us a carpet cleaner within a few days as the carpet was much dirtier than it appeared with the previous owner's furniture in place. Kathy also arranged to have a window washer stop by within a couple of weeks as the windows appeared that they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. All of these services were provided at no cost to us.Having spent my working career in retail, teaching and coaching I have had the opportunity to work with many different people in many different roles.
