Welcome! I'm Marisa Lewis, your dedicated partner in all things real estate. With a passion for helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams, my approach is simple: I listen, understand, and deliver. 

I first entered the world of real estate through property management in 2007. I currently serve on the YPN committee at my local Realtor association. My vast experience, coupled with my background in teaching abroad,  afford me amazing adaptability, superb problem solving ingenuity, interpersonal competencies, improvisational abilities, negotiation strengths, and communication skills to best represent my clients and keep them informed throughout the roller coaster of a ride real estate transactions can sometimes be.

Having navigated the Northern California and Central Valley market, while always striving to maintain an active involvement in the community, I have an in-depth knowledge of local neighborhoods, trends, and opportunities. My commitment to personalized service means I'll work tirelessly to ensure your real estate journey is smooth and successful.

A little about me: I grew up in a small apartment with my mom, two brothers, and two sisters. We faced many struggles, but through my mom’s hidden sacrifices, and the Grace of God, we did not want for much. 

I became a first generation college graduate and first generation home owner. I studied hard in school, earned multiple scholarships, and worked several jobs simultaneously, throughout my college career in order to avoid debt and fund my attendance at CSU Sacramento, where I received my Bachelor of Arts in English, and got certified in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL). 

The highlight of my undergrad studies was my miraculously rare acceptance to a program to teach English abroad for a year at The Royal Chitralada Palace in Bangkok, Thailand for the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej. This experience sparked an interest in diverse cultures and a love for traveling in me. I have since visited many states and explored over 10+ countries.

 I am blessed to have married my college sweetheart. Our faith and sense of humor keep us going strong! We are competitive, yet cooperative. We enjoy a friendly game of chess, yet strive to assist each other wherever we can. Twenty-two years and many homes later he is still the love of my life. We are both dedicated realtors, often work alongside each other, and seek to leave behind a legacy for our five beautiful children, simply by loving our neighbors as we love ourselves.

I have a deep appreciation for learning and trying new things. When I’m not consumed with all things real estate I enjoy reading, cooking, soap making, laughing, dancing, camping, indoor rock climbing,  traveling adventures, spending time with my family, and watching my children learn and grow.
