| Mike went above and beyond to help my family of 4 find the perfect home. We moved from out of state and into an apartment that was terrible. After a year we realized that we would need help to find a home in a good area. Having two small children we had a laundry list of requests! | Mike was the second realtor I used when I was relocating to Phoenix two and a half years ago. The first showed me property all over the valley from Peoria to Cave Creek and I looked at more than 100 houses until realizing how far I would be from work. After deciding to try another realtor, I was lucky enough to meet Mike during an open house. I cannot say enough positive things about Mike. He commits himself fully to each client, tirelessly and patiently providing outstanding customer service during the process. He and I looked at almost another 100 houses before finding what has become my dream home. As I was unfamiliar with Phoenix, Mike consistently identified suitable neighborhoods and articulated the pros and cons of each. He analyzed various houses, bringing in architects and contractors to provide advice and quotes for renovation possibilities. When we found the house I am now living in and the contract was threatened by a low appraisal, he spent hours finding other completed sales and engaged in many discussions that were able to preserve the deal. Mike has gone above and beyond so many times that he is unlike any realtor I have ever worked with during a lifetime of home ownership. I cannot recommend him highly enough! |

| I started looking for a short sale in the Phoenix market in early 2011. Mike forwarded comps daily along with an extensivie overview of the neighboorhoods I was most interested in. Mike was aware of the market and short sales that had problematic issues and kept an eye open for those that fell out of escrow allowing me to make offers quickly which lead to 30 day escrow and closing in a sometimes lengthly process. Kudos to Mike! |

| Mike Casley is a mature, honest businessman who can work a deal when others would not succeed. Mike has a likeable personality and always goes the extra mile for his client. I've seen Mike vacuum our carpet before a showing and in a pinch, he added chlorine to our pool when, due to an oversight on our part, it was turning green! His website and home tour productions are awesome. Mike will do an open house when you're sure the house won't sell. He's handled two for me and I would highly recommend him. |
