Michael Johnson of Realty Executives All Cities in Lakewood, California is a real estate industry veteran offering local expertise to buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Lakewood and surrounding areas.
Starting out in the industry in 1985, Michael advanced his career in a very short time, becoming a broker in 1988. He has served as a Broker/Owner with Realty Executives since 1998.
Whether working with buyers, sellers, investors, or mentoring his team, Michael prides himself on educating others.
“Working with people to help educate them on buying their home is a passion for me. I also love when I can help investors buy income or commercial property. I really enjoy teaching and mentoring the Executives in my brokerage to help them reach their full potential,” Michael says.
The collaborative, knowledge-sharing culture at Realty Executives is a perfect fit for Michael, and one that he contributes to in ever-evolving ways. As a certified Buffini and Company Mentor, he facilitates the Peak Producers course which offers a clear, action-based path for his Executives. He also broadens his own knowledge base on a consistent basis to benefit clients.
“I service both the residential as well as the income/commercial side of the business. I have owned a property management business since 1988, so I offer a unique understanding of the Landlord/Tenant relationship. I recently obtained my NMLS license to loans, which gives me a deep understanding of the loan process,” Michael said.
