Robin Baade

Robin Baade is a fifth-year real estate agent and partner with Realty Executives Fortitude Group in Green Bay, Wisconsin. He is a graduate of University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and has over 25 years of executive sales and management experience, which has equipped him with the necessary skills and professionalism to help clients with their real estate needs. 

Robin works with buyers and sellers in the northeast Wisconsin, northern Wisconsin, and Door County, including nearby cities such as Green Bay, Ashwaubenon, Allouez, Appleton, De Pere, Howard, Bellevue, Menasha, Neenah, and Suamico.  He has experience in residential, commercial, land, and luxury sales.  He opened the Realty Executives Fortitude Group brokerage in 2022 to provide a full scope of real estate services to the community.

Robin has a deep understanding of the local real estate market and has a proven track record of successfully negotiating deals for his clients.  Since earning his license in 2017, Robin has helped clients find their dream property or sell their current home.  His exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and strong communication skills have earned him a reputation as one of the top agents in the Green Bay area.  Robin’s recent association with Realty Executives has allowed his buyers and sellers to enjoy the benefits of an international network. His listings are viewed locally, regionally, and nationally by thousands of prospective buyers.

Born in Merrill, Wisconsin, Robin has been a resident of Green Bay for over 27 years. His experience living in Green Bay has made him a local expert.  Robin knows the communities inside and out, from walking paths to school districts, up-and-coming neighborhoods, best restaurants, and more.

Outside of work, Robin enjoys spending time with his wife of 25 years, Danielle, their three adult children, and their two Golden Doodles, Eddie and Nelson.  Robin also loves golf, the outdoors, and travel, but not nearly as much as he loves the Packers, Badgers, Bucks, and Brewers.
