My husband and I worked with Russ for over a year. We were in search of a single family home with desires from both my husband and I that seemed impossible to land. His communication via phone, email, and text was always prompt, and he always had time to show us properties around our hectic schedule. Even when they were far out. Russ's ongoing and follow-up communications have been outstanding since Day 1 of our contract with him. He made solid effort throughout our sale and continually worked to attract potential buyers to our property.
