Found the house in Jan 2016 for sale listing online called to set up an appointment with Spiros to view the house.
He had great rapport with all the tenants occupying the house and promptly set up the viewing for me. Because I acted fast on the offer and had my documents together, I signed the purchase contract 3 days later!
