I have an affinity for older homes and multi-family properties. We live in a 100+ year old home and own several 100+ year old multi-family units. These types of properties require special care and precautions but are worth it for the character and most often, great locations that they offer.
When I am not selling real estate, I enjoy cycling. Road, Gravel, Trails, and Mountain biking. I also enjoy spending time with my kids and grandkids...and of course, the dogs...ask me about my dogs if you are a dog fan.
