COVID 19 Update

The entire Maher Team wanted to reach out and let you know we are well and thinking of all of our past, current, and future clients. Our hearts go out to those that are on the frontline, we think about you daily as we also have family in these positions.

During the worldwide Coronavirus Pandemic, we wanted our first priority to be the health and safety of our communities we serve. On a state and national level REALTORS are considered essential. This means we are here to assist you when it comes to any real estate needs you may have.

• We are taking extra precautions when showing homes to all buyers so please bare with us during these trying times.
• We also have new required policies and paperwork for buyers and sellers.
• We are limiting number of showings to 1 family at a time in listings.
• We are trying to assist buyers with a virtual tour prior to showing the home in person.
• Please also understand we are not shaking hands at this time.

We know many of you may have put looking at homes in the back of your mind during this time. We want you to know we are here when you are ready to start looking at homes again! We are always available to give you a comparative market analysis, if you are looking to sell your home. There are currently buyers looking for the right home!
