Realty Executives Algoma Ltd., Brokerage has merged with the formerly independent Castle Realty Ltd., expanding Realty Executives’ presence across Northern Ontario and creating a robust network across Sault Ste. Marie and the Algoma District. The new company, now named Realty Executives Castle Alliance Ltd. is led by Dave Butkovich, former Broker of Record of Castle Realty Ltd.
Butkovich has assumed the ownership role for the new company from former Broker/Owner of Realty Executives Algoma Ltd., Ross Viotto. Viotto will serve Realty Executives Castle Alliance Ltd. as Director of Staff Development.
“This merger will bring together the knowledge and experience of our agents and the dynamic set of proprietary tools and integrated technology of Realty Executives. There are serious economies of scale to be gained by working with a franchisor who offers a great brand, marketing, training and turnkey technology solutions,” stated Butkovich.
With a presence in the Sault Ste. Marie market that began in 2014, Realty Executives has expanded both its staff and market share. Founded in 1979, Castle Realty represents one of the longest established real estate companies in Sault Ste. Marie.
“This is a major step forward in the development of our Northern Ontario network,” stated Regional Vice President of Franchise Development, Brian Gilmour. “We are providing an opportunity for independent real estate companies to benefit from the advanced technologies and highest level of customer support provided to their agents and clients.”
Agents new to Realty Executives will receive enhanced, dedicated training on a number of subjects including New Executive Orientation and advanced Digital Marketing Executive tutorials. Coaching will be facilitated through the company’s new 3,000 square foot Executive Success Education Centre in Mississauga.
“Thanks to the team at Realty Executives International, we’ve been able to support this new Sault Ste. Marie office with everything they need to succeed, from establishing the new website, to providing the newly combined staff with the most modern and effective technological and operational resources in the industry,” stated Brian Gilmour.
