Ramon Cardenas was studying finance at California State University when he discovered real estate. “My goal was to be a stock broker or personal banker,” he says.
“I was introduced to real estate during my last year at college, so I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and a minor in Real Estate.” He graduated top of the real estate class of 2007 and went on to become a top-performing agent, continuously placing in the top 20% of REALTORS® in Los Angeles County when ranked by sales volume.
Cardenas is active in the real estate community and was recently appointed president of the Lynwood Chamber of Commerce.
“It’s an honor that my fellow board members voted for me to guide the chamber,” shares Cardenas. “As the president, my goal is grow our membership, provide more networking opportunities while also creating more exposure for our members, offer quality education seminars, and to provide benefits to all of our members.”
Cardenas is also an active member of the National Association Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, Kiwanis Club, the California Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.
“I think it’s our duty as Realtors to give back to our communities by donating our time and getting involved with local charities,” he adds.
An Executive at Realty Executives Commercial & Residential where he leads The Cardenas Group, his clients range from first-time homebuyers to large organizations and investors throughout Southern California.
“It’s satisfying helping renters or first-time buyers accomplish the American dream of owning a home,” says Cardenas, adding, “I love working with corporate tenants looking for new locations and educating clients on investments properties.”
