Realty Executives Local Group Inc. Brokerage is excited to announce it held its grand opening of the new office and investment in North Bay, Ontario. Previously on Lakeshore Drive, the successful franchise decided to relocate after an amazing opportunity presented itself to purchase a historic building in the core of downtown North Bay.
The grand opening event featured live music by North Bay symphony members, tasty food and drinks from local restaurants and honorary guests such as Anthony Rota, Member of Parliament for Nipissing -Timiskaming, Councilman Marcus Tignanelli and President of Realty Executives Regional Ontario, Scott Gilmour. The event was attended by current and past clients, family, friends and community members.
Realty Executives Local Group Inc. Brokerage is led by Mike Burman, who acquired the territory franchise rights for Realty Executives in 2016 to start his own brokerage. Burman and his team’s vision for the new office was fueled by wanting to keep the unique feature of the heritage building while modernizing the interior to best fit agent needs. The renovations included new flooring, LED lighting and rewiring for the latest and fastest technology connection available. Original woodwork, windows and stained glass of over 100 years were kept intact.
Realty Executives Local Group Inc. Brokerage currently employs ten Realtors + two incorporated branch offices within the territory for a total of 14 Realtors but hopes to add to their team. Since opening in 2016, the brokerage has gained recognition for being the fastest growing franchise in the Realty Executives network in 2017 and 2018. The team hopes this space will allow for an extended customer base and shows an investment in North Bay’s hub of activity.
“We have been growing at a fast rate but with the right culture and the right people,” Burman said. “Our new downtown office will only help us grow and connect with the community more, bringing in clients and propelling our Realtors to further success.”
