Realty Executives Premiere is excited to announce that Lisa Hoffmann has joined as Director of Agent Development, bringing her skills and passion to work with new and experienced agents across Illinois. As part of her new role, Hoffmann will offer a whole new curriculum for Executives while incorporating elements of Realty Executives’ EXEC™ University, and will conduct one-on-one classes that are focused on agents’ long-term goals.
Hoffmann will be a great asset to Realty Executives Premiere as they focus on bringing in new energy and attracting new Executives to the brand. The office takes pride in developing its Executives, providing onsite coaching to help them escalate their real estate careers and perform at the highest level.
Hoffmann comes to Realty Executives after four years as an agent, Rookie of the Year at Keller Williams in 2016 and capping out in 2017. She switched her focus from selling to coaching after realizing her passion was to help agents overcome obstacles, increase production, and achieve personal sales goals. Hoffmann has over 200 hours of training as a Master Practitioner of Neurolinguistic Programming and Mental Emotional Release and just completed a year-long program to become an Integrative NLP Coach with The Empowerment Partnership.
Hoffmann graduated from the University of Oklahoma and has been in the Chicago area for over 20 years. She previously specialized in helping buyers find the perfect home for their family and lifestyle and helping sellers realize top dollar when they’re ready to sell their home. Prior to her career in real estate, Hoffmann owned a children’s art education franchise for seven years, where she employed over 10 teachers.
