For sales volume, Realty Executives Arizona Territory stood out with a 47 percent increase in total sales volume, moving their rank up from #253 in 2020. Realty Executives Associates also had an impressive showing with a 24 percent increase from the previous year. Phoenix and Yuma have continually ranked alongside the top brokerages in the country, alongside their fellow Realty Executives franchisees. This success is due to the incredible leadership each brokerage has and that leadership’s continual support in making their agents the most productive and knowledgeable experts in their market.

On the transaction side, Realty Executives Associates held onto their top 100 placing from the previous years, with 8,722 transactions in this year’s report. Arizona Territory increased their ranking from 2020’s Power Broker Report from 157th to 114th. This jump in standing is attributed to Arizona Territory Broker/Owner Jeff Murtaugh’s strategic acquisition of the former Realty Executives Northern Arizona. The brokerage leadership team has aggressively scaled the business and recruited top talent. Realty Executives Edge also increased it’s rank by over 30 positions from the previous year, showing an impressive growth on the transaction side. Each brokerage ranked is a testament to the hard work and time each Realty Executive agent takes to create a successful and productive business.
Several Realty Executives brokerages were also honored in this year’s Power Broker report despite not entering the top 1000, showing although they may be smaller, they are competing with large companies by being incredibly productive. Realty Executives Edge and Realty Executives Home Towne were mentioned on the volume side. While Realty Executives Boston West and Realty Executives Santa Clarita were recognized on the transactional side.
