Realty Executives First Class, of Montville, New Jersey, has officially opened its doors with Broker/Owner Lauren Parrella leading the way.
The new office is the first for Parrella, a former Executive of fellow Realty Executives brokerage, Exceptional RealtorsⓇ. Receiving her real estate license in 2013, while working as a police dispatcher, Parrella found a passion in helping those in her community during their home buying or selling process. In 2015, Parrella joined the Realty Executives brand and began building her business from the ground up, switching to full-time real estate pro in 2017. Just in 2020, Parrella sold $20 million as a single agent and has continually earned accolades throughout her career, including Realty Executives’ Top Producer, New Jersey REALTOR Circle of Excellence, featured in Top Agent Magazine, Top 100 Magazine recognizing agents across the country and more.
Aftersuccess on the agent side and mentoring team members, Parrella decided to get her Broker’s license in 2019, with hopes of one day opening her own office. As a Broker/Owner, she leads by example and knows the importance of mentorship and hard work when it comes to making it in real estate.

Rewind to just a month ago, when I found the office space I wanted, and now here we are- opening an office.” Parrella said. “It’s been a whirlwind, but I’m proud of the team we’ve built and beyond excited to see where this journey takes us. We are like a family, and my vision is to continue to help agents make their dreams come true by hands on training, experience and support,” said Parrella.
