Tom and Nancy fell in love with Gulf Shores in the mid-1990s when they visited for a vacation getaway from their busy real estate business in St Louis Missouri. In 1998, they purchased their first investment condo after selling a rental home in St Louis using a 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange.
