I am a Realtor serving the Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, and West Toronto
areas.

My overall philosophy & the biggest indicator of success in
any real estate transaction is the happiness of you, my client. Everything else
takes a back seat to that. In very plain terms, when it comes to buying or
selling a home, I make sure that every step of the process - every single one -
is done to get you the results you want.

But what does this mean for
you?

It means that if you are buying a home, I will ensure that
you get exactly what you are looking for. I’m not content to just look through
the listings (which is where most other realtors begin and end). Instead, I will
act as your true advocate, searching where others don’t and will tirelessly work
& negotiate to get you the perfect home. One that meets all of your
requirements. And if you are selling, I will go well beyond what you
would expect a realtor to do. I know that when you are selling a home, you are
interested in one thing – actually selling it for the most money. To that end, I
will advertise your home - at my expense - in places my experience has taught me
that interested buyers look (this is in addition to the MLS, of course.) I can
also help stage your home, help you set a fair price, and negotiate with the
buyers.

As an experienced Real Estate
investor for over two decades, I know that using the “MLS” is only half the job.
Thus, I go well beyond that, whether buying or selling on your behalf. Besides
being a licensed Realtor, I am also a skilled interior designer, and can help in
staging your home for sale (my experience here helps quite a bit.)


Another important fact: You’ll find me readily available when you
need me. As a Full-Time Realtor, I devote my complete attention to my clients,
not some other 9-5 job. This means when you have a question, you’ll get an
answer right away.

Lastly, I really enjoy this work, meeting new people
and helping them realize their Real Estate dreams. In my spare time, I enjoy
travel, interior design and spending time with my husband and three children.
