Realty Executives Plus Ltd. is looking for a full time, commission only real estate agents who are NEW to the industry or struggling, to be a part of our increasingly successful Apprenticeship Program through Team Executive! This Program provides you the training, guidance and support necessary to run and grow a successful business.
When accepted, you will be assigned to an established team for the entire duration of the program. The Team Leader will coach, motivate, advise, train, and support them in the direction of success and even be available to attend in person client appointments with you! We will assist you with supporting the completion of mandatory RECO courses and credits.
The Apprenticeship Program gets you connected with people right away! You will learn how to optimize your database of potential clients through our unique Digital Marketing programs and Professional Communication skills. You must have your real estate license or be in school to obtain your real estate license.
