Job Description
We are seeking to hire an energetic and goal-orientated Real Estate Outside Sales Professionals who
manages all aspects of a home purchase and sale. Buying or selling a home can be a daunting process for
clients, so they need a Realtor they can trust. Our clients depend on our Realtors to give them expert
advice on how to market and sell their home and how to find a new home that is of good value and
meets their needs. In this position, you will work with clients to place their home on the market and will
consult with them on how to best prepare their home for a successful and fast purchase. This career
requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Regulatory Notice: While a real estate license is not required to apply, you must obtain a real estate
license before officially being hired. To earn a real estate license, you will need to complete real estate
classes (online or in-person) offered by an accredited learning institution and pass a state licensing

Job Responsibilities
? Act as an intermediary between your seller and potential buyer
? Develop new business opportunities with existing clients in order to expand our clientele and
build business
? Manage all leads in contact database system, set and complete tasks in the system, and track all
client communications
? Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet
those needs
? Quickly respond to online seller leads, and follow up to convert into listing appointments
? Prepare and analyze Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) before all listing presentation
appointments
? Advise and educate clients throughout the negotiation process to help them get maximum value
for their home
? Present and negotiate all offers to purchase with clients and the agents representing
prospective buyers
? Advertise your realtor services to local community through marketing materials and networking
Qualifications
? A valid Real Estate License is required for hire
? Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills
? Ability to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly; great people skills
? Technology proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
? Familiarity with the area real estate market
? An independent worker who is motivated and self-sufficient
