LYNN PATTERSON, REALTOR®
SRS, RENE, ABR, PSA
Realty Executives Associates
I'm the first to admit, REAL LIFE learning opportunities are the most memorable. Seems you never forget a hard lesson, right? That being said, I firmly believe you can prevent these hard lessons with a little work up front. To maintain a license in TN, an agent is required to take 16 hours of continued education every 2 years. Designations or Certifications are not required, but show the agent's commitment to the field and ultimately the client's best interest. This type of self improvement ensures clients receive the service they both desire and deserve.
RENE, Real Estate Negotiation Expert
The first and only Negotiation credential recognized by the National Association of REALTORS®, the RENE is designed to elevate and enhance Negotiating Skills so that today's Real Estate Professional is prepared to represent their client in the best possible way. Real Estate Professionals encounter all sorts of people, personalities, situations, and competitions between parties participating in a transaction. This credential ensures that I will be able to represent either a Buyer or a Seller, in a professional manner while Negotiating terms acceptable to my client. I have learned how to predict patterns, recognize what type of person we are dealing with, stay calm in a stressful situation, acknowledge the other party's motivation, and respond quickly with alternative bargaining tools. Purchase price is not always the greatest factor in either Buying or Selling! I am prepared to represent you with superior care and Negotiate as a Professional, skills you should be looking for in your quest to find a Realtor!
SRS, Seller Representation Specialist
Recognized by the National Association of REALTORS, and earned only by education and experience, the SRS designation is the premier credential in Seller Representation that elevates professional standards and recognizes real estate professionals who demonstrate the knowedge and skills essential for Seller Representation.
This designation requires elevated training to ensure the Seller is represented with superior care that follows through the entire process of selling your property. I am able to strategically price your home, provide enlightening recommendations to prepare your home to sell, and professionally market the property. All the other details, like partnering with other agents to ensure only well qualified buyers are viewing your home, promptly reviewing the details of offers while ensuring full understanding of offer details, negotiating any terms that are not entirely acceptable to you, are covered as well.
PSA, Pricing Strategy Advisor
The Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification signifies expertise in the ability to accurately price properties. By creating a thorough market analysis (CMA) to determine a property's fair market value, I will help you understand how the current market dictates the listing price, as well as be able to address any concerns about pricing, based on current market conditions. With advanced training in property valuation and pricing strategies, the certification also provides the tools to effectively address and advise clients about navigating through appraisals.
ABR, Accredited Buyer's Representative
ABR designees work with home buyers at every stage of the homebuying process. The designation program establishes a foundation of training, skills, and resources to help real estate professionals succeed as a buyer's representative. ABR designation is for real estate professionals who have a passion for working with buyer-clients and want to take their excellence and service to the next level. With evolving client expectations and a greater emphasis on transparency, buyer’s agents must go beyond the basics to clearly articulate their value and provide best-in-class service.
An ABR doesn’t just signal an agent’s robust real estate knowledge, but their best-in-class service as well.
