Michael worked with us for nearly a year to find our house. He was patient and never acted like it was a bother when we called out of the blue to ask to see a house that had come in the market. With Michael's assistance, we were able to sell our home in 3 days! He requires a lot of work on the part of the seller upfront, but it really paid off as we had nothing left to do after the sale. The buyers took the home "as is" and we got our asking price. Overall, we were incredibly satisfied with the level of service we received from Michael.
