Today I had the pleaseure of touring local Real Estate Listings/ Homes For Sale Located In These Gated Communities and Other Areas of Flagler County.  All while smiling along with my fellow REALTOR professionals with Flagler County Association of REALTORS.  

Being a Native of Flagler County provides me with a deep knowledge of the community as a whole.  However being an active REALTOR who previews homes and takes the opportunity to join office and local #Caravans provides me with the "INSIDE & OUT KNOWLEDGE" that I need to serve my clients best.

Communities/Streets-

Most Buyers can't enter on thier own to look around.  I have the knowledge of; How wide are the streets, Do they have underground utilities, Are there sidewalks on both sides of the streets, or Is there mature landscape?

That's just entering the property locations...
